Every order ships directly from our supplier's fulfillment center to your door, which lets us keep prices low. Standard delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.
Because items ship internationally, please allow a little extra time around holidays or customs delays.
Returns & Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at the email on our Contact page and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
For a change-of-mind return, reach out within 14 days of delivery — return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the item should be unused and in its original packaging.
